40khz high power ultrasonic transducer for cleaning

Acoustic wave transducer has a sharp directivity, which is conducive to concentrating the emission energy, obtaining a higher signal-to-noise ratio when receiving, and also conducive to positioning and evaluation of the detection target. The so-called directional factor of ultrasonic transducer refers to the ratio of the mean square pressure of a frequency at a certain point far away from the main axis of the transmitting beam to the mean square pressure of a frequency on a sphere concentric with the transducer. For receiving ultrasonic transducers, the horn manufacturer indicates the ratio of the square value of EMF generated by a frequency acoustic wave passing along the main axis of the transducer to the square value of EMF generated by a diffusion acoustic field with the same frequency and root-mean-square pressure.
