The bubble can grow to a larger size, enhance the cavitation strength, and is conducive to cleaning. Therefore, low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning is generally used in the case of large parts or high adhesion between dirt and workpiece surface. But it is easy to damage and corrode the workpiece surface. Therefore, parts with higher surface requirements are not suitable for selecting lower frequencies. Moreover, the frequency is low and the noise is relatively high. High frequency ultrasonic penetration force is strong, it is appropriate to clean parts with high surface finish requirement or complex surface and more blind holes.
