Shunting instructions:
1. Check whether the frequency displayed by the generator is consistent with the frequency of the transducer, such as 28KHZ, 40KHZ, etc.
2. Correctly connect the positive and negative poles of the load (Note: Usually the negative poles are connected with the groove body of the cleaning machine or the plate of the shock plate).
3. The ultrasonic generator is connected to 220V power supply correctly, and the power supply should be grounded reliably.
4. Multiple generators in a single slot are used at the same time. Please adjust 1A-3A according to the rated current of the power to keep the power fully open. The frequency of multiple generators should not deviate too much, for example, 28K+0.3K.
5. The current cannot be adjusted. Check whether the transducer is short-circuit, whether the connection line is correct, whether the frequency is corresponding, and whether the original parts of the generator are damaged.
