Comparison of different chip ultrasonic transducers:

 

1. The absolute value of the capacitance of the transducer assembled with yellow wafer of the ultrasonic transducer is low, and the strong field loss is small. Therefore, compared with the same driving circuit, the transducer has low calorific value and good thermal stability. The water spray has stable change to the cleaning load and great impact, which belongs to the medium-sized and regular pattern.

 

2. The transducer of black wafer of ultrasonic transducer has high electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and Curie temperature, so the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency is high. And it has higher stability and high temperature resistance than other products using general P4 series. Water spray is characterized by high water column and abundant vacuole feel, but it is sensitive to the change of cleaning load.

 

3. Ultrasound transducer applications (recommendations): high-frequency (such as 40K above) or low-power transducer (below 60W) using black wafer assembly transducer, low-frequency or high-power transducer using yellow wafer assembly transducer.
