The audio electric signal above 20KHZ produced by the ultrasonic generator is converted into mechanical oscillation at the same frequency through the piezoelectric inverse effect of the transducer, and radiated in the cleaning solution in the form of supersonic longitudinal wave. The control box adopts advanced technologies such as the excitation circuit controlled by a microcomputer, the automatic frequency tracking and the sweeping mode of operation. Compared with the traditional control box, it has stable and reliable operation, continuous adjustable ultrasonic power, and can maximize the potential of the transducer. Automatic frequency tracking makes output matching better, power stronger and efficiency higher. The unique sweeping mode makes the cleaning liquid form a fine reflux under the sweeping effect.
