There are two sets of ultrasonic cleaning machines for electrolytic dies.
Process 1: The dirt attached to the mold surface is peeled off by the movement of electric ions, which makes the dirt loose and fall off rapidly during the movement of electric ions.
Technology 2: Using ultrasonic vibration to make the dirt fall off more quickly in the process of ionic movement. Combining with the special solution, the dirt can be decomposed quickly by sufficient chemical effect, and the dirt such as oil, rust, sulfide, gas and carbon deposit on the mold can be removed effectively.
