There is a part of the ultrasonic vibration screen called transducer. Some details of its use need attention. The main methods of using the transducer of the ultrasonic vibration screen are as follows:

Firstly, the ultrasonic vibration transducer is locked on the grid which is attached to the net (the locking force is 40-50 kg), and then the ultrasonic grid is loaded into the vibration screen.

The other end of the aviation plug of the HF link cable is connected with the transducer, and the seal is securely secured.

(4) Connect the power supply of the ultrasonic vibration screen and the ultrasonic HF link cable, and open the switch of the ultrasonic power supply after checking correctly.

With the sound of "droplets", the power supply of the ultrasonic vibration screen is activated, and the display window shows "vibration amplitude XXX micron" and enters the self-checking state. By adjusting the amplitude knob, the vibration amplitude can be adjusted.
