installation method:

 

 1. Preparation tools: argon arc welding, hex wrench No. 10, ferrochrome wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire 2*2.5 cable wire, ultrasonic vibrator special glue, (stripping pliers, casing, cable ties, sand blasting machine , pipe fittings, etc.).

 

2. Welding screws: Calculate the position of the vibrator (the edge of the screw is 50-60mm, the screw spacing is 80-100mm), keep the screw position clean and flat, spray sand at the welding position of the screw, and weld vertically with argon arc welding. Do not damage the screw teeth during the welding process. see picture 1)

 

Third, the glue configuration: squeeze A glue around the screw, apply B glue evenly on the horn surface of the vibrator, and then screw it to the end. (When screwing it, turn it back and forth a few times to make the glue more Good enough mix). Different glues are used differently. See (Figure 2)

 

4. Install the vibrating head: Slightly push the transducer to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom and the bottom contact surface, so that the vibrator is more tightly integrated with the stainless steel as a whole.

 

5. Curing and condensation: It is placed in a place where the air is relatively dry, and it can be connected in 4-8 hours. After 24 hours, it can be powered on.

 

Note: 1. Metal nailing machine can also replace argon arc welding.

 

2, the welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise it will fall off easily.

 

3, on the curing, the length of time should consider the temperature, the temperature is low for a long time, the temperature is high, it is faster, it is recommended to operate at room temperature, even if heated, do not overheat, properly.
