50khz ultrasonic transducer for Piezoelectric Transducer

The ultrasonic transducer is divided into power, and the single ultrasonic vibration head is 60W and 100W. Frequencies are: 20KHZ, 25KHZ, 28KHZ, 40KHZ, 68KHZ, 80KHZ, 100KHZ, or higher; from the shape of the difference is: straight column, horn, etc.

 

Characteristics of ultrasonic transducers:

(1) high performance: high mechanical Q value, high conversion efficiency and excellent quality.

(2) ultrasonic oscillator has large amplitude and excellent performance.

(3) Ultrasonic oscillator, heat resistance: piezoelectric ceramic materials have good heat resistance, can expand the range of temperature, at the same time, high Q value, resonant impedance is small, calorific value is small;

(4) ultrasonic vibrator: the appearance of the product is neat, no rust, no obvious dents and scratches.

2, the principle of ultrasonic oscillator arrangement:

(1) Cleaning different product layout has different requirements, such as the degree of oil pollution, cleaning difficulty, cleaning requirements, cleaning process design, all require targeted selection.

(2) the more the oscillator is arranged, the better the density is.
