Market applications:
* Chinese medicine extraction: refers to the extraction of useful substances with high efficiency by ultrasonic wave for the crushing (breaking) of Chinese medicine cells. Compared with conventional extraction technology, ultrasonic assisted extraction is fast, inexpensive, efficient, safe, low cost and wide applicability.
* Biodiesel production: Using ultrasonic emulsification to produce bio-oil-diesel mixed emulsifier is actually to disperse bio-oil droplets into another non-miscible diesel oil liquid. Compared with other technologies, the droplets can be dispersed fine and narrow, high efficiency, good dispersion effect, and can increase the stability of emulsion.
* Ultrasound anti-marine: Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound, when the tiny bubble nucleus in liquid is activated under the action of ultrasound, it shows a series of dynamic processes, such as bubble oscillation, growth, contraction and collapse. The bubbles in the liquid produce over hundreds of atmospheric pressures and high temperatures of thousands of degrees Celsius at the moment of rupture, which can make the attachment of marine organisms peel off rapidly and break up the surface cells of marine organisms, thus achieving the purpose of sea-proof organisms.
* Ultrasound catalysis: The application of ultrasound in catalytic reaction process can simulate the high temperature and high pressure reaction in the micro-scale reactor, which provides a very special physical and chemical environment for the catalytic reaction that is difficult or impossible to achieve under general conditions, so that the catalytic reaction can be carried out in a relatively mild environment. It can further improve the reaction speed, shorten the reaction time and increase the yield of the target product. The main applications are catalysis on metal surface, phase transfer catalysis and enzyme catalysis.
* Sewage treatment: In the process of sewage treatment, the cavitation of ultrasound has a strong ability to degrade organic substances, and the degradation speed is very fast. It provides the possibility to degrade harmful organic substances in water, thus realizing the purpose of ultrasonic sewage treatment.
* Ultrasound dispersion: refers to the process of dispersing and disaggregating particles in liquid through the "cavitation" effect of ultrasound in liquid through the medium of liquid. Ultrasound dispersion can be divided into emulsion dispersion (liquid-liquid dispersion) and suspension dispersion (solid-liquid dispersion), which has been applied in many fields. Ultrasound can also be used to disperse suspensions, such as titanium oxide in isotropic water or solvent, dyes in molten paraffin, drug particles in pharmaceutical industry, and powder and emulsion in food industry.
