Application of Ultrasound Vibrating Bar in Scale Prevention
We take heat exchanger as an example. Ultrasound vibrating rod is usually installed at the inlet of heat exchanger. Flange connection and control valve are used to control the vibration rod. It can stop the production of ultrasonic equipment in maintenance and maintenance. The main principle is that in the process of ultrasonic transmission, due to resonance transmission and energy generation, the molecule of scale, water and metal heat exchanger obtains energy in the process of vibration, while the water in the heat exchanger tube generates vibration and intense collision while obtaining energy, which makes the unstable water molecule containing various inorganic salts produce innumerable. Cavitation bubbles (cavitation) form cavitation chambers for water molecules. When these bubbles expand rapidly and close suddenly, they produce a local impact of thousands of atmospheric pressure, a high-speed jet with a velocity of 400 km/h and a high energy of more than 5000 K. These energies destroy the combination of positive and negative ions with acid radicals, destroy the conditions for scale formation, and thus achieve scale prevention.

Application of Ultrasound Vibrating Bar in Water Treatment
Ultrasound vibrating rod energy-accumulating ultrasonic probe can concentrate energy and obtain strong sound intensity on the end surface of ultrasonic radiation. Because of the energy-accumulating effect of horn, the acoustic energy density is greatly increased; the reactor can be designed accurately according to the size of the acoustic energy density; the transmitting end surface of the probe is generally designed to be detachable, so that it can be based on the size of the acoustic energy density. When the probe is seriously corroded by cavitation, only the end of the probe needs to be replaced without replacing the expensive whole vibrating rod. Ultrasound vibrating rod can be used to treat various refractory organic wastewater. It has been used to treat wastewater containing monocyclic aromatic compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, chlorinated hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, organic acids, dyes, alcohols, ketones and other wastewater with good results. In the actual industrial wastewater, the equipment has been used to treat papermaking wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, tannery wastewater, coking wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, landfill leachate and so on, and achieved good results.
In addition, in some scenic lakes and rivers, ultrasonic vibration rods can also be used to kill algae and inhibit algae. The mechanical effect, cavitation effect, thermal effect and sound current effect of ultrasound make algae cells break, chemical bond break in substance molecules act on the algae outer wall and cause it to break and die, so as to achieve the functions of algae vacuole lifting and breaking, cell death or growth inhibition, and cause a series of biological effects. Cavitation makes algae cells break down. Microbubbles in liquids expand rapidly and then close abruptly. Shock waves and jets are produced to eliminate algae and balance the water environment and ecology. Low-intensity ultrasound destroys the structure and function of phycobilisomes and interferes with the synthesis of chlorophyll, thus inhibiting the growth of algae.
