Ultrasound vibrating rod generates radial vibration of rod body through high-power and large-amplitude transducer. Ultrasound is generated uniformly at 360 degrees near the vibrating rod. Its amplitude is between the ultrasonic cleaner and the processor. Therefore, the direction of use is flexible. The ultrasonic vibration rod can be used for cleaning any grooved body and can be placed freely in any position of the groove. The volume space occupied by the ultrasonic vibration rod is very small and it can be used very flexibly. Used in the reactor interior, it can be used to accelerate dissolution, accelerate reaction and prevent scaling on the inner wall, etc.

1. Cavitation occurs around the vibrating rod, and the ultrasonic energy distributes uniformly around the groove or cylinder, thus achieving the ideal cleaning effect.

The power output of the ultrasonic vibration rod is not affected by the changes of liquid level, tank capacity and temperature difference, and the power output is stable and uniform.

The service life of the ultrasonic vibration bar is more than 1.5 times longer than that of the traditional ultrasonic vibration plate.
