Low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning transducer is suitable for large parts or dirt and cleaning parts with high external bonding. However, it is easy to corrode the surface of cleaning parts, not suitable for cleaning parts with high surface finish, and has high cavitation noise. At the frequency of 40 KHZ or so, under the same sound intensity, the number of cavitation bubbles is more than that at 20 KHZ, and the penetration force is stronger. It is suitable to clean the workpiece with complex appearance or blind hole. The cavitation noise is small, but the cavitation intensity is low. It is suitable for the place where the adhesion between the cleaning dirt and the surface of the cleaned part is weak.
