MODBUS ultrasonic generator for sweep frequency

With the development of modern industry, the requirement of ultrasonic cleaning equipment is more and more strict, and the ultrasonic cleaning system with greater power control and more flexible is needed. In order to meet these needs, our company has developed a network ultrasonic cleaning system.

As you can see from the graph, this is a packet network with master slave architecture.

Network physical layer adopts RS485 communication interface, protocol layer adopts MODBUS protocol. Thus, the network and information requirements of the ultrasonic cleaning system are conveniently realized.

 

Programmable DC ultrasonic generator, as the name implies, is a programmable DC power supply, that is, through the panel or communication port, the DC power equipment issued instructions for voltage settings, or on-off control, and the collection or display of voltage, current and other parameters. The use of MODBUS protocol in DC power supply means that the power supply has serial port or Ethernet port, through which data acquisition and control can be carried out, and the data acquisition and control instructions and return packets follow the MODBUS protocol. Through configuration software or PLC, the MODBUS protocol can be used to collect and control the DC power supply.
