Submersible ultrasonic cleaner with vibrating plate

The SUS316L stainless steel plate is made, and the vibrating surface is plated with 30 micron hard chromium. The advanced bonding technology in Europe can withstand harsh working conditions such as acid base and high temperature.

A variety of frequencies: 20, 25, 28, 40, 68, 87, 120, 130, 260, 400, 10000KHz.

The high frequency vibration plate is suitable for cleaning the precision parts and cleaning the blind holes below 1 millimeters.

The side vibration plate is suitable for cleaning rack parts and large workpieces.

The bottom vibration plate is suitable for cleaning small parts in washing basket and beaker.

Top-vibrating vibrator is suitable for cleaning circuit boards, glass substrates, aluminum substrates, magnetic cores and other cleaning lines which need to be cleaned on both sides.

Flange type vibrating plate is suitable for cleaning optical lens and other workpiece, reducing the dead angle and dirt in the groove.
