Ultrasonic transducers can be used for cleaning transducers: piezoelectric ceramic converters, which convert high-frequency sinusoidal voltage signals into high-frequency mechanical vibration signals, mounted on the bottom or side walls of the cleaning tank, transmitted through the tank and used in cleaning media, and the vibration signals of the transducers are converted into cavitation signals to attach objects. High frequency ultrasonic (50-200KMZ) is suitable for cleaning precision parts. In order to achieve ideal cleaning effect, low frequency and high frequency can be selected simultaneously.
