Herrmann Ultrasonic transducer 15khz/20khz for welding

Ultrasonic horn (ultrasonic horn) as the name implies is with ultrasonic transducer to change the ultrasonic vibration amplitude of the functional components. Its main function is to change the amplitude of ultrasonic welding transducer (generally increased), increase the ratio of vibration speed, improve efficiency, improve mechanical quality factor, strengthen heat resistance, expand the temperature range, extend the service life of transducer. The ultrasonic transducer adjusts the load matching between the transducer and the ultrasonic tool head by installing the horn (ultrasonic transducer), reduces the resonance impedance, improves the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency when it works at the resonance frequency, effectively reduces the calorific value of the ultrasonic transducer, and enhances the service life of the ultrasonic transducer.
