Transducer is the core device of ultrasonic, and its characteristic parameters determine the performance of the whole equipment. It is the transformation of high-frequency electric energy into mechanical vibration through transducers. The characteristics of the transducer depend on the material selection and manufacturing process. The performance and service life of the transducer with the same size and shape are very different.

The current production of 15KHz 20KHz 28KHz 35KHz 40KHz and other products can also be designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of customers non-standard ultrasonic welding transducer to meet various needs.

Ultrasound welding head should keep a symmetrical design as far as possible in order to avoid the unbalanced stress and transverse vibration caused by the asymmetrical transmission of sound wave. Causes the welding head to generate heat and fracture. Ultrasound welding is used in different industries to meet different requirements for machining accuracy. For very thin workpieces such as lithium-ion battery electrode plate and ear welding, gold foil coating and so on, the machining accuracy requirements are very high. All our processing equipment are using numerical control equipment (such as machining center), so as to ensure processing. The accuracy meets the requirements.
