The working mechanism is to increase the cleaning effect by cavitation twice or more. The use of ultrasonic cleaning machine:

1. connect the generator to the cleaning tank.

Matters needing attention in ultrasonic cleaning machine:

In order to prolong the service life, it is suggested that the equipment should be placed in the ventilated and dry area, and the fan holes on the rear side of the generator should be cleaned regularly. There are air outlets on the four sides of the generator to make the airflow unobstructed.

(1) Cleaning tank must be put into liquid before starting work, the lowest water level is higher than 100 mm (bottom vibration type) and placed horizontally, when the transducer is on the side, for cleaning tank along 100 mm, such as in the air state to open the opportunity to damage the machine.

(2) When the cleaning cylinder temperature is normal, do not directly inject high-temperature liquid into the cylinder, so as not to cause transducer loose and affect the normal use of the machine.

(3) When the cleaning fluid needs to be replaced due to pollution, do not inject cryogenic liquids directly into the high-temperature cylinder block, which can also lead to transducer shedding, and should close the heater switch, so as not to damage the heater because there is no liquid in the tank.

(4) check the transducer regularly, do not make it become damp and impact, so as not to cause unnecessary loss. After use, the main power supply should be turned off. Do not reboot immediately after shutdown. The interval should be more than 1 minutes.
