Working Principle of Ultrasound Vibrating Bar

Ultrasound vibrating rod uses the alternating period of positive and negative pressure that exists in the process of transmission of ultrasound. In positive phase, it extrudes the medium molecule and increases the original density of the medium. In mutual phase, the medium molecule is sparse and discrete, and the density of the medium decreases.

 

Ultrasound vibrating rod can produce ultrasonic wave uniformly around 360 C, and the output of energy is not affected by the changes of liquid level, temperature and other loads. Ultrasound vibrating rod generally includes high-power ultrasonic transducer.

 

The luffing rod and tool head (emitter) are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and emit the vibration energy into the liquid.
