A digital ultrasonic generator includes a rectifier filter circuit, an inverter circuit, a matching circuit and a transducer connected sequentially, and an oscillating and driving circuit that outputs control signals to the power switch tube in the inverting circuit. The inverting circuit is a half-bridge inverting circuit. The characteristics include: a control unit, which forms a control unit with one control unit. An automatic frequency tracking system based on single-chip microprocessor uses frequency conversion search method to keep the current of the input half-bridge inverting circuit at the maximum value so as to ensure that the transducer always works in the resonant state; detects the current of the input rectifier filter circuit and outputs the current detection circuit of the current detection signal to the control unit; and tracks the frequency of the control unit. The output end of the signal is connected and a first digital potentiometer which outputs a frequency regulating signal to the oscillating and driving circuit; and an input key connected with the control unit.
