Notes for ultrasonic vibration generator:

 

Before using the ultrasonic vibration system, please read this note carefully and operate according to the instructions so as to avoid unnecessary damage to the equipment.

1. The input voltage of the power supply of the ultrasonic vibration screen is 220V.

2. In the case of meeting the production requirements, the maximum vibration amplitude should not exceed 200 um.

3. Don't turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic vibration screen when the load is not tensioned. Otherwise, it is easy to cause power over-current and damage to grid and transducer.

4. Tension, otherwise it will affect the output of ultrasound and vibration effect.

5. The butt screw of the air plug of the energy transducer must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape to prevent dust from entering. Attention should be paid to protecting this connector in use.

6. Check whether the nuts of the transducer and the connecting plug are locked, and whether the transducer and the grid are locked (the locking force is 40-50 kg). During use, attention should be paid to the protection of HF connecting cables between chassis and transducer. The HF connecting cables and transducer sockets should be moistureproof, and the connecting plugs and sockets should not be allowed to enter water.

7. Material conducts electricity. Please use the extended ultrasonic HF connection cable to isolate the power supply of the ultrasonic vibration screen from the screening site, so as to prevent short circuit caused by material entering the power box.

8. When replacing the screen mesh, the residual glue on the inner ring (resonator) of the grid frame is scraped off with a sharp wallpaper knife. Do not grind with a corner grinder grinding wheel to prevent damaging the resonator.

9. The ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic vibration screen power supply, a HF connection cable, a transducer and a grid. Do not use the ultrasonic system interchangeably with other manufacturers in order to avoid unnecessary losses.

10. It is suggested that 504 glue be used for mesh placement. Screen glue should be as thin as possible and mesh tension should be uniform (it is necessary to use tensiometer to detect mesh tension).
