The ultrasonic vibration plate consists of two parts, an ultrasonic generator and a vibration plate.

Ultrasound Generator: In cooperation with German ultrasonic experts, our company has developed the seventh generation of German ultrasonic control technology. Its power and frequency are in the form of liquid crystal digital display, which can observe the change of power and frequency at any time, providing an accurate basis for controlling and detecting ultrasound. The generator can freely and regularly design the start-stop mode of the generator, and work freely and regularly. The service life of the ultrasonic generator is greatly improved and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.

 

The ultrasonic vibration plate is mounted by bottom shock type and side suspension type. The bottom is fixed by screw and Teflon film. The side can be directly suspended into the cylinder surface.

 

Customers can design and produce various types of ultrasonic shock plate according to the size and variety of cleaning workpieces, so as to achieve the cleaning effect of oil removal and wax removal.
