Ultrasound transducer should be placed in a dry place, so as to avoid damp of the ultrasonic vibration mover, which will affect the normal work. If the ultrasonic oscillator is damped, it will be put in the oven to set about 100 C for drying for 2 hours or use hairdryer to dehumidify until the resistance value is normal; after the ultrasonic oscillator degumming, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal, but because the oscillator and the vibration surface are not connected properly, the oscillator will burn if it works for a long time. The degumming of wave oscillator should be repaired or replaced by professional ultrasonic manufacturer.

 

Maintenance of ultrasonic transducer:

If not in use for more than a week, please cover with dust-proof sleeve (plastic bag); except that the lifting screw has received lubricating oil before leaving the factory, no oil is needed on all other parts; periodically check whether the internal vibrator output line is worn; if there is dust on the appearance, please wipe it with a clean cloth; every six months, it should be cleaned by dry compressed air blowing machine. Dust, it is strictly forbidden to use all kinds of flux when cleaning the side plate and surface of welder, neutral detergent should be used and gently scrubbed; water should be removed when the filter cup reaches 13 water level; every month when the welder is used, the sliding part should be cleaned and re-coated with high-quality lubricating grease; and the position of the machine should be kept safe at all times.
