We call the whole of the ultrasonic transducer connected with the horn vibrator. Ultrasound transducer can produce regular vibration under appropriate electric field excitation. Its amplitude is generally about 10 micron. It is not enough to complete welding and processing directly. After connected with a reasonably designed horn, the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave can vary in a wide range. As long as the material strength is enough, the amplitude can exceed 100 microns. On the other hand, when the horn is in longitudinal expansion vibration, the motion direction of the particles on the left and right sides of a cross section in the middle of the horn is just opposite, which is equivalent to the existence of a relatively static joint.
