Product overview            Protection function of mask:           
The mask is generally divided into three layers, the outermost layer is non-woven fabric, which is used to block dust; the middle layer is filter material, which can absorb particles to block some bacteria; the innermost layer is skin friendly non-woven fabric, which is more friendly to the skin.            How is the multi-layer mask fixed? How is the breathing valve and ear belt connected. In fact, some indentation can be seen everywhere on the mask, such as edge sealing, ear band and exhalation valve are all ultrasonic welded.           
working principle:            The ultrasonic generator transforms the low-frequency alternating current into the high-frequency alternating current, and transforms the electric energy into the mechanical energy of the high-frequency vibration through the transducer;           
When the welding head acts on the contact surface of thermoplastic, it will produce tens of thousands of high frequency vibrations per second;           
The high frequency vibration transmits the ultrasonic energy to the welding area through the upper weldment, and the upper and lower weldments in this area have friction, resulting in local high temperature;           
After ultrasonic treatment, the pressure lasts for several seconds, making it solidified and shaped, forming a solid molecular chain and realizing welding.
