The ultrasonic mask welding machine uses the high frequency vibration wave to transfer to the two surfaces of the object to be welded. Under the condition of pressure, the two surfaces of the object rub against each other to form the fusion between the molecular layers.           

Some indentations can be seen everywhere on the mask, such as edge sealing, ear band and exhalation valve are all ultrasonic welded. As shown in the above figure, in the production process of respirator, we can intuitively understand the welding of full plastic nose beam, welding after folding edge, breathing valve welding, multi-layer roll welding and ear band welding, which are actually completed by ultrasonic welding process.
