The digital high-power multi-purpose ultrasonic power supply system mainly consists of computer digital processing, broadband frequency selective signal source, driving circuit, frequency automatic tracking, fast protection, impedance matching, display board and keyboard to form a friendly interface for man-machine conversation. It can drive up to 16 drive circuit boards (extension boards) with a maximum power of 32 kW. When used, the output transformer and inductance are connected with the ultrasonic transducer. The size of the magnetic core, winding parameters and turn ratio of the output transformer, the size of the magnetic core of the inductance and the winding parameters should be matched with the electrical parameters and connection mode of the ultrasonic transducer, so as to make it more versatile. The power supply system can be used as power supply for ultrasonic cleaning equipment, ultrasonic emulsifying equipment, ultrasonic extraction equipment, ultrasonic welding equipment and ultrasonic wastewater treatment equipment.
