The ultrasonic generator can monitor the working frequency and power of the high-power ultrasonic system.
(1) It can adjust various parameters in real time according to different requirements of users, such as power, amplitude, running time, etc.
(2) Frequency fine-tuning: adjust the frequency so that the ultrasonic transducer always works in the best state, the maximum efficiency, the adjustment range of 2%.
(3) Automatic frequency tracking: Once the device has completed the initial setup, it can work continuously without adjusting the generator.
(4) Amplitude control: When the load of the transducer changes during the working process, it can automatically adjust the driving characteristics to ensure the stable amplitude of the tool head.
(5) System protection: When the system works in an unsuitable operating environment, the generator will stop working and alarm and display to protect the equipment from damage.
(6) Amplitude adjustment: Amplitude can be increased or decreased instantaneously in the working process, and the range of setting amplitude is 0%~100%.
 
Attention should be paid to ensure that the generator is ventilated and dried. Attention should be paid to cooling at high temperature. The generator power supply or cleaning machine can be grounded reliably.
